Young professionals between the ages of 25-45 have historically been more adventurous. And open to the benefits of homeownership and the good life. Their on-the-go lifestyle reflects a desire to have balance. And one of simplicity that provides affordable luxury amenities. At an affordable price.
When presented with this project, my challenge was unmistakeable. Overcome negative geographic perceptions by positioning 9920 Condos as the place for trendsetters. A place where a simple lifestyle allows more time to enjoy life.
Simplicity. The ultimate sophistication.
To live at 9920 is to live within nature. 9920 Condos carefully blends in natural elements with modern architecture. It’s a place that provides a unique, quaint, and very special community. Where relationships thrive. And comfort enriches the experience. Every design element needed to reflect this balance.
My main responsibility focused on creating brand positioning using strong lifestyle imagery. These photographic choices enhanced the “inspired by nature - built for you” strategy.
Balance of beauty. And function.
Design included a saddle-stitched pocket brochure. Two floor-plan option inserts were designed to conveniently tuck inside.
A fold out poster acted as both direct mail piece and an informative brochure. Two cover versions reflecting different calls-to-action were intended to target separate events.
Creative mentoring ensures a cohesive brand.
My responsibilities also included working closely and overseeing the production designer. Ensuring that he implemented the creative direction into bus boards and transit signage. The result was a cohesion on a higher level of brand development. All which enhanced the campaign direction.
